My new favorite n3rd reports that his mobile phone weblog has a new and permanent home: MobileTracker.net.
Jon also shares this insight on the T68i, which is fast becoming my next mobile of choice!

Then I remembered Verizon doesn't support Sony-Ericcson phones, at least up in New England. Great disappointment insued and I ended up settling for a user Kyocera 2135 off eBay. Sniff, sniff.

I intend to be quite ruthless with regard to my employer and the upcoming end of my current mobile phone contract. Our employee discount isn't that great, so I won't hesitate to jump ship to Cingular or T-Mobile. Either of those is likely to be the provider of choice for a T68i.
And I'd have to get a Bluetooth headset and the Chatboard Jon mentioned. Too bad it isn't Bluetooth-enabled as well...

I've still got about a year and a half left on my contract, so for the forseeable future it's Verizon for me. I've spoken with customer support and they say they're looking into BlueTooth but can't comment on anything right now. Not that I'm really surpised by that.
If not the T68I, I'd love to see support for either the T616 or the T608 (Based on the protocols, it seems the 608 is more likely). I'd probably reup my contract to get that phone.
I liked the 68I when I saw it demoed at MacWorld last summer. I got serious 68I envy when I looked at the Sony Ericcson Clicker and the Apple-provided AppleScripts.
I imagine it will get even worse when I try to re-enter my address book information. At least I backed that up (by-hand) to the OS X Address Book.
