A conversation I had with my two year-old son, on our way down the stairs yesterday afternoon, post-nap. (His, not mine.) I’m the one asking the questions.
“Are you poopy?”
“No.”
“Are you peepee?”
“No.”
“Do I need to change your diaper?”
“No.”
“You wouldn’t lie to me, would you?”
[Silence.]
