Seriously, Heidegger is perhaps the worst writer in the history of western philosophy. But he does have a little bit of philosophy. Enframing means that we have a limited perspective (like a picture frame that limits a scene), in that passage, he means that our limited perspective of technology must eventually give way to a wider, more free view of technology (revealing).
