Actually, if you need to download Stuffit Expander try http://wakaba.c3.cx/s/apps/unarchiver.html instead. Doesn't even have to replace the built-in Finder unarchiver, I just put it in my Applications/Utilities folder and it picks up what Finder doesn't.
